On 20 May, 2013, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and State Secretary for European Affairs Jiří Schneider met Vera Mavrić, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.

They discussed the state of the bilateral relations, situation in the region and perspectives of integration of Serbia into the EU.
